An all-level guided Vinyasa-based class to strengthen body and mind. This gentle class focuses on moving through a series of poses and linking movement with breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation and comfort.

Mommy & Me is a warm, welcoming dance class for moms and their little ones—from newborns to toddlers. Each session blends gentle stretching, guided dance sequences, and playful free movement set to clean, feel‑good pop music that moms actually enjoy. The vibe is supportive and inspirational. Nurse, bottle‑feed, soothe, sit, or simply sway—everything counts as movement and connection. We focus on joy over perfection, attuning to postpartum bodies, and strengthening the mother‑child bond through rhythm, breath, and presence.

Discover the art of handcrafting bamboo fly rods! Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the intricate process of building bamboo fly rods. Our workshop is open to the public, welcoming families and individuals of all ages! The workshop runs from Friday through Monday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at 262 Pagosa St Unit 103, Pagosa Springs, CO. While reservations are recommended for a personalized experience, they are not required.

Guided by a master rodsmith with extensive historical and fly fishing knowledge, you’ll gain insights into the meticulous craftsmanship involved in each rod. From selecting the perfect bamboo to the finishing touches that make each rod unique, you’ll witness every step of the process. Bring the whole family along! We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays to run, laugh, and have fun with friends — the perfect way to end the school day. We even have snacks afterwards too!
